Once we have and offer from a lender, we will review the offer with you and if in agreement, we would send a contract and the Merchant Service Agreement. Once signed the lender will complete their final underwrite. Once the final approval from underwriting is received the funds would be released. The entire process can take anywhere from a day to 5 business days depending on any additional item underwriting may be requesting.

Depending on a couple of factors, typically a business would qualify for a max of 120% of their monthly gross revenue deposits for ACH deals but can vary depending on the strength of the revenue. Credit card splits can, in some cases, fund as much as 200% of monthly credit card sales, but only when there is strong revenue.
